Catherine has been supporting her clients and changing their lives for the last 25 years. With a unique blend of traditional and cutting edge healing techniques, Catherine has helped numerous clients charter the challenging waters of their personal and professional lives. Catherine deeply understands how each client is different and therefore immersed herself in learning which goes beyond the traditional “talk therapy” model. Catherine is certified in Hellinger’s Family Systems Constellation work, Neural Linguistic Programming (NLP), HeartMath, and Sacred Ceremony and is a Universal minister.
During a typical/individual 60-90 minute session, you may experience subtle and profound breakthroughs empowering you to uncover old patterns and finally bring them to resolution. This type of dynamic healing work may happen in just a few sessions, as many of her clients have reported. Sessions are by phone along with text and email support. Joe comes from a musical and spiritual background where the two combine to offer where he believes may actually be THE connection to source.
Joe was trained in Hellinger's Family Systems Constellation therapy and has been a Sound Healer, specifically working with memory healing with his music. Joe uses the energy of his clients and in groups to direct whatever music is offered. The exchange of energy produces remarkable healing for anyone ready to go to the depths of themselves. Joe's roots in music date back to when he was a child and learned to play the transverse silver flute in grade school during the 1960's. He began my spiritual journey in the 1970's and discovered the beauty of the Native American Flute in 1995 and continue playing a wide assortment of indigenous musical instruments. Joe brings his talents to constellation work where he is able to hold grounded space for the participants as Catherine guides them through the field. When the constellation is complete Joe plays his music to help keep the circle connected to the spirit of the field. This helps the participants stay in the energy of this work and prevents the group from processing the constellation with their mind which can diminish the quality of this work. |
Coming together
Joe and Catherine met at an indigenous drumming dance party at a mutual friend's house on Whidbey in August 2016, after Joe decided to move back to the island. They became friends and discovered they were both trained in constellation work. They collaborated using their individual talents to combine a new way of facilitating constellation work. They grew closer and naturally entered into a romantic and healing partnership in February 2017.
They realized that Whidbey Island was the perfect place to meet and get to know each other. They grew together through their love, the need for this healing work, and their connection with indigenous music. Joe plays Native American Flutes and percussion and Catherine plays the Didgeridoo.
